Dove Dance School is a Christian-based dance studio in Warr Acres, Oklahoma that participated in the 2008 Beijing Olympic Festival. The school was founded in 1989, in Pensacola, Florida, but re-located twice, first to southwest Oklahoma City and then to its current location. Daphne Tardibono is the director of the school.

History
Dove Dance School opened its doors in 1993 in Northwest Oklahoma City for its first seven years. In 1999, Dove Dance purchased land and built facilities 3 miles north of the previous location. Dove Dance School was one of the first of its kind: combining Christian dance instruction in a DMA Certified Professional School. Dove Dance students have won over 25 regional and national titles along with numerous group awards. Dove Dance uses professional curriculum along with custom written syllabi for their levels which incorporate spiritual value.
Dove Dance has been featured in national publications such as DANCE Magazine, Dance Spirit, and Dance Teacher. The company was invited to dance in the 2008 Beijing Olympic Festival which opened many mission outreach opportunities in China. Dove Dance has also traveled to Mexico, the Philippines, and Colombia for dance mission trip tours.

Daphne Tardibono has studied dance for 34 years and directed Dove Dance for the past seventeen. Certified to teach through Dance Masters of America, she has served on the Oklahoma board and as treasurer. She was a guest master teacher at the 2005 American College Dance Festival. She is a current adjunct dance instructor at Southwestern Christian University. Her work with young people and the dance community was recognized by the Women's Oklahoma Hospitality Club who named her as a 2008 Oklahoma Woman Honoree. Her choreography has received ten awards from various organizations over the past three years.
She has been a member of three dance companies. Since 1996, her students have won 26 state overall DMA championships and placed 2nd in the 2006 National Championship with "The Passion.". Some of her former students have gone on to work full-time in Branson, join prestigious ballet companies, receive college dance scholarships, hold state titles in the Miss Teen America & Miss Deaf America systems, and DMA Oklahoma Titles in all four age divisions. Her students were selected as the children's dance cast for Grammy award musician's, Dino Kartsonakis, Branson show. She was also invited by Mr. Kartsonakis to choreograph and create a new theatrical show for him and his wife Cheryl. As Mrs.Oklahoma 2001, Daphne shared her original program, 3-Dimensional Mentoring, with parents, teachers, and youth.
